new and clueless!

Hey guys,
I just stumbled upon this awesome website.
Im going to vegas july 22-26 for my friends birthday. We've already got the condo booked and gonna see 2 shows. But besides that we've no idea really where to start and what's best to do in vegas. I just want my friend to have an awesome birthday and hopefully get him laid Lol. Any suggestions on a game plan? Without reserving a table or meeting some cool girls to roll with, then the lines for clubs will most likely be ridiculous right?
This is all our first time in Las Vegas! :/
