Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. I've been going out there for the last five summers with my girlfriend (now fiancee). We'll be there again this August 19-22. Looks like there's going to be a nice AOD crowd there around the same time. I'm always down for partying with new people so if you're looking for anyone to split tables/bottles with, shoot me a note. Not sure how experienced you are in Vegas, but I won't make the mistake of waiting in line for an hour to have the pleasure of fighting my way to the bar to order overpriced and underpoured drinks ever again. Tables are the only way to go. Last year, on a friday and saturday, we got buy 2 get 2 free bottle service at two separate clubs. Hoping to find a similar deal this time around if possible.

I don't have enough posts here to send you a provate message so I'll respond here:
Hey thanks for hitting me up,
I am very experienced when it comes to vegas with the guys but I've only done bottle service a few times bringing a female. What nightclubs/dayclubs did you have in mind and are you aware of the prices for bottle service of them? We are staying at one of the non casion properties for aug 15-18th (already booked) and are going to be extending our trip from the 18-21 but have not yet decided on a property. any suggestions?Vegas Veteran

Yeah, absolutely. I just booked my room today at the Planet Hollywood Towers using a 40% off promo code - CAAP400
The code works at any total rewards casino, so Paris, Rio, Ballys, Flamingo, Harrahs and Imperial Palace. It's most of the non-MGM casinos and, unlike MGM resorts, they don't charge resort fees. Depending on what you're trying to spend, you can get a room at IP (probably wouldn't suggest it) for as little as $45 per night that weekend. Rio has good sized suites and, with that promo they're $70 per night. Paris is center strip and is $80-ish per night for the weekend. I've always tried to stay in a nice suites when I'm with a group, but I don't think it's worth it b/c I don't spend much time in the room anyhow.
Regarding daytime pool parties and clubs at night, I would check the post about the end of summer AOD invasion. I've never been to one myself, but I've only heard good things. My fiancee and I will be there Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. I know they're talking about Tryst for Saturday and XS for Sunday. They're both megaclubs at the Wynn resorts. Probably no bottle deals, but they're definitely top tier clubs. Besides, it's much easier to get prime table locations and bottle deals when you're pooling your resources. Without it, expect $450-550 per bottle plus an assortment of tips. Still, it's definitely better than waiting out the line, paying the G.A. fee, and then spending $20 per drink all night long with nowhere to congregate.
Hope that helps.

To be honest, I'll probably just go with the flow and see what the AOD party is planning. you're right, 2 bottles for 4 people does sound like a lot of alcohol. We just got such good deals last year that we barely had to pregame. With an even ratio (guy-girl) group, we might get offered some decent deals. b2g1, maybe? all depends on the club really.

Yeah, I'm keeping track with the AOD thing too (here and on facebook). Pooling money together is a great idea!! It always amuses me how in a cirty you can drink on the street and get free drinks for playing the nickle slots the clubs can get away with $20 drinks and $500+ bottle service...
If you change your mind hit me up. I'd kinda like to do something smaller like with 1 or 2 other couples....if not I guess I'll be seeing you at one of the many AOD events.Vegas Veteran
