First Time to Vegas

It's my first time headed to Vegas (Sunday the 17th to the 22nd). I'm staying at Bally's and I was wondering if anyone had any tips for night life? Anything from what to wear and where to go would be helpful? I really don't know what to expect so any advice would be appreciated

You should go to the main page and read all of Jack Colton's "Las Vegas Nightlife Guides"

That is a good starting point.

Honestly, your quetions is pretty open and would take pages to explain.

I would read those guides and do a search in the forum for the topics you are interested in.

If after all that you still have questions, ask us some specific ones.

this is my third time going and i still haven't quite figured it out. my one mantra for this year is "mind over matter." just plan on enjoying every minute of every day (and night)

don't tell the cab driver its your first time....there is a 5 minute ride to strip and then there is a 20 min drive....make sure you tell them to take you there directly and its not your first time.

For any first time Vegas goer who are interested in nightlife, i would suggest to check all the guides on JC's homepage. You will find answers to all of your ''first timer'' questions. After going through all the guides you will have pretty good idea of what to expect from Vegas nightlife.

Far as where to go question? It depends, what is your budget? what type of music you enjoy or you hate? what type of crowd you can fit yourself into? How many in your group or are you by yourself? Would like to check out big nightclubs or more like a lounge type of venues? etc.. with these details it would be easy to recommend places.

And if you can cancel your hotel reservation and book somewhere else please do so, don't your ruin your first time Vegas hotel experience by staying at Bally's. You can spend little bit more on your hotel budget or maybe same (tons of deals you can find online) by staying at better places than Bally's like; Mirage, Monte Carlo, Tropicana or MGM.

If you strike out with the ladies at the club do a nightcap at a strip club.
