Palms VIP nightlife pass

I am staying at the Palms for my upcoming trip Aug 4-8. I received an offer that is giving me some promotional gaming chips and a VIP nightlife pass at the Palms.

My question is what exactly is the VIP nightlife pass and what does it get me? If anyone knows the answer, I appreciate your response.

It will be the wristband for free entry and q-jump for the clubs/bars in Palms (Rain, Moon, Playboy Club and Ghostbar). Definitely worth doing for a cheaper night out unless you don't want to miss anything else you've got planned.
