Nights/days i would do if i was planning my own vacation since ive never came to vegas without working here.

Monday Night- Marquee (Party Rock mondays) Anywhere in the main room that has a visible view of the Dj. Not the same if your outside or in one of the private rooms (if your there for the dj/act)

Looking for a hip hop kinda night and great deals i would say Jet

Tuesday Night-Varies based on event. Pure/chateau. Pure i like main room dance floor table or for a different vibe i like the roof .

Chateau-corner table on the dance floor. easy access for women to get to ya! haha

Wed night- Of course Club Nikki our industry night! Dance floor or 2nd tier.

Excluding club nikki i would say Surrender- Dj tables are my favorite just outside of the inside but right in the action

Thursdays-Tao anywhere in the Moat area great party in there and always tons of ladies. To go all out balls to the wall Dance floor table

Friday night-obviously theres so many selections its hard to pick. I guess just depends on any guest hosts/dj's ect. Lavo is a hidden gem on fridays and theres usually an enormous amount of girls in there compaired to guys. Would definately choose tables 20/21. Surrender is great depending on the Dj somewhere main room the Led screen kinda makes the outside area a complete seperate club. Xs i think you get more bang for your buck on fridays compaired to saturdays and its always packed. Also Bank nightclub on a friday can usually get deals buy 2 get 1 etc always normally a good girl crowd on fridays and ive always liked the club

Saturdays- Have to plug Club Nikki been having great events britney, rihanna, travis, rev run etc.

Excluding Nikki i would have to go with Marquee i would say main room or outside if your with a big crew. Tao is definately a great party on saturdays and i would prefer the dug out tables its a big area and its not like your packed in like you would be on dance floor or moat. Xs is another great party on saturdays and i would say anything inside would be the best bet to go to.

Sundays- Bank Nightclub or Lavo Nightclub- Bank anywhere 2nd level tables and Lavo i would want to be on the stage. the promoters normally have a table and have tons of girls at there table and on the stage.

Thats just a rough idea of what i would do as far as nightclubs go. Just giving an opinion and like i said depending on whose hosting where always subject to change

    Chad-

Awesome thread. Thanks for starting this. I feel like there's lots of talk about the clubs...but not enough about ideal table placement. Since you opened the floodgate on this, a few questions:

SURRENDER - Where's your ideal location. Seems like it is table 10 (or is it 60)?

MARQUEE - I take it at the first/second tier at Marquee are the most ideal tables. If you aren't going that big, where's your next best. Would it be in the 80s? Or, even the 70s if you still have eye-shot of the DJ (is that even possible)?

      table placement

not sure if there the same table numbers as before but surrender the dj tables righ on the outside i believe its 30-34 are the top in my book. best view of the dj's and acts.

as for marquee anywhere "main room" will be pricey but 70-74 or 80-85 are good table locations as well. If your not to hype on the DJ and just want to be at Marquee for Marquee and your on a budget outside is always a good party as well. Have had a couple clients out there in big groups and love it plus its not always so compact.

Table locations if you want a specific one always good with a decent minimum and good tip. Plus it saves you money the tip isnt taxed like your minimum is. so instead of spending 3000 and a 200$ tip after tax n gratuity ur up to 4k. Ur better off doing 2500 and a 500$ handshake. even tho this seems like alot to tip ur saving 400$ on the table. And thats just an example. You tell most clubs a decent minimum and great tip you would be suprised on how quick they lock your table up. But remember as in previous posts "everything is subject to change"

Solid. You are right on Surrender. I said table 60...but it is 30.

Since we're still going here, what's your thought on XS as well. Again, if you aren't springing for the big boy tables, but still want to be in the mix...where you going? Stripper pole area? Or, would you hit the backwall tables (100s/200s).

I TOTALLY agree with you on your math of a strong handshake. Given auto-gratuity, you should be willing to up your handshake by a fair amount in exchange for a lower minimum.

          Xs

the back wall is good at Xs so are the tables by the poles. Will most likely be a decent minimum strong handshake. i would "guess" 2000min + 500$ handshake to get an inside table. Friday may be able to get away with a 1500$ min + handshake. Or if you have a good relationship with one of the hosts he will normally be up front with you.

As far as just tipping goes it all just varies on your host. People that ask me what to tip other hosts i usually say 50-100$ per reservation. Or example if you have one hosts who sets up your entire weekend 2 tables and a pool party tip him 2-300$. Or if you support him at his venue then less. Obviously if you want a certain table that varies. Also any kind of deals buy 1 get 1, buy 2 get 1 etc judge it based on what you think just remember even tho its a 20$ bottle of sky your actually saving 5-600$ on that free bottle.

            another helpful hint..

Not sure if everyone realizes there is majority of places and automatic gratuity. We (the host) cant change the gratuity its normally 15-20 percent and theres a state tax of i believe 8.1. some clubs have a little more tax ect. the 15-20 goes to the cocktail waitress but if its great service you can tip on top of that. and the state tax well everyone knows where that goes. So when planning your trip, talking to your host make sure you give him a budget that you include or dont include the auto gratuity it will make it much easier to book stuff. So for example if you expect to spend 3k on a saturday at a club tell your host your budget is 2k and whatever you want to tip him that way when all is said and done your around your budget.

I gotta say Sundays at XS are fairly amazing good times inside the club. If they don't have nightswim, they close the entire outside and its a more intimate feel.
