Casa Di Amore...?

I was leaning towards Nove, Maggiano, but then came across Casa Di Amore, and was wondering what people thought of that place?


It's the first night of a bachelor party weekend. Should I stick to the fancy hotel joints, or is Casa Di Amore worth checking out?

I've heard really good things about it. If you're looking for a good Italian meal and don't mind going a little off strip, Ferraro's is across the street from Hard Rock and it is awesome. Ferraro's looks good, but the whole appeal of Casa Di Amore was that old school Vegas style (or at least that's what I figure from the reviews). Just trying to see if it's all nostalgia, or if their food lives up to the hype.

Originally from NY myself I can honestly say Casa di Amore is very good for Las Vegas Italian food but compaired to places back east like Mimi's on 2nd Ave & Patsy's in Fairview, NJ it will fall short. Casa is probably the best Italian food in Vegas & is worth checking out i.m.o. but dont expect it to be like some of our favs in NY

Yeah, we're kinda spoiled here in the NY area, so I figured it'd just be easier this way. Maggiano's was right across from our hotel, and got the job done. As much as I love food, it was better to go somewhere cheaper and save a couple of bucks to spend on the other... more Vegas activities.
