Vegas 2011: 5 Russian dolls tearing up the city
After a relatively short sleepless night at one of the girls' house which included unlimited quanities of wine and stomach full of butterflies b/c of the excitement that almost physically hurt, we head to the Toronto Pearson Airport for our 6.45am flight... somehow managed to still catch some breakfast @ exact same restaurant and exact same table as last year before vegas... talking about deja vu!
Thursday, June 30
We arrive to Sin City at 10.15am, full of energy and excitement with zero sleep
got greeted by our driver and escorted to a strech limo filled with red roses and champagne! Relatively short ride later we arrive at TI and meet our friend that flew in all the way from Russia to party with us!! We slip $50 @ the check in and instantly get upgraded to one of the top floors adjoining 2 room suite facing pirate show, wynn & encore and 2 complimentary bottles of champagne!
After a relatively quick trip to Wallgreens where we stocked up on all the lady tools to help us look like perfect 10s and a bottle of Patron to help us FEEL like a perfect 10s we switch into our bikinis and head to Aria Liquid Pool courtesy of Hali Tendler!!! We instantly got a day bed... after hanging out there for a bit we get escorted to some big shot guy's cabana for champagne (more champagne!) Needless to say, we got drunk pretty fast!!! Pillow fights followed...
We left Aria around 5ish and wanted to go to Margaritaville badly.. on the way there we get stopped by someone from Chateau who convinced us to go have free drinks at their patio.. which we did... 5 tequila shots por favor... bad idea...
eventually make it to Margaritaville hungry and wasted... and before our food arrived we passed out...
I do not recall how we made it to our hotel after Margaritaville but clearly we all passed out... only to wake up 2 hours later by a wake up call .... We HAD to get to Tryst tonight!
2 showers... 2 blow dryers...5 girls... helluva assembly line!! After getting dolled up we arrive to Tryst, get escorted to a table where 2 bottles of champagne were waiting for us... More freaking champagne! We had a blast @ Tryst... ran into old friends from Toronto there... however, Jermaine Dupri was playing and frankly it is not our kind of music so we left and went to Surrender to see Wynter Gordon, who was AMAZING!!
We danced in the pool to Dirty Talk and Till Death and took MILLIONS of pics @ that gorgeous place!! Hands down, the best decorated place in Vegas in my opinion!
Shortly after, some guy comes out of nowhere, performs a headcount on us and escorts us to a cabana... which was filled with the most random people... but i only remember the spanish lady from barcelona, a dentist guy from LA... and vodka/redbull... lots and lots of vodka/redbull.... We were having a blast just socializing, dancing (? or did we?) ... i remember some guy threw a stack of bills all over the cabana like it was garbage..which quite frankly it looked like to everyone at that point...
then more vodka redbull.... I do not remember how or when we left... (mustve been at the very end) all i remember was that damn wake up call at 10am Friday.....
