Whats a cool lounge that has music and dancing at the City Center? Not looking for a mega-club with a super-high cover, but more of a cool lounge that might have a small dance floor.

Not sure about this but you might want to check out Bond at Cosmo... I was pretty trashed when I went in but it was cover free and had music and dancing.
