    Is the sales tax in Vegas 10%? I heard Marquee is charging 10% sales tax on everything.

    No, i think you are talking about the additional 10% Live Entertainment Tax they are charging in addition to the 8.1% sales tax.

        sounds like that would only be on weekends then right? They don't have live entertaiment on weekdays typically do they?

          Unfortunately for them "live entertainment" = DJ that has a name and they can have those any night. And when you're talking weekdays, you're really only talking about Monday their industry night or Thurs (which I believe most of the club isn't really open, only boombox).

            how about at the Dayclub pool? If they have a random DJ spinning, do you think they'll be charging "entertainment tax"?
