Expired I.d. with Receipt

Help me!! I lost my i.d. this past weekend I went to DMV to get a new I.d. If I bring my receipt along with my expired i.d. (it expired a yr ago) as well as my work i.d. (it has my dob on it, I work for a sheriff's dept) will that be accepted by the clubs in LV? My 25th bday is next week and I'm coming out there in 2 weeks. I'm not sure if my new one will be here in time. I do NOT have a passport. Can someone please help me out!?! Thanks

IF you have the official temporary license printout from the DMV with expired ID's, usually you are fine. You might be unlucky and run into a strict doorman, but for the most part you should be ok as long as you have an official paper from the DMV.

Curious read, I thought just showing the sheriff's dept ID (even if you are not an LEO) would be enough for them to let you in, maybe even give you courtesy for cover.

If u have a Passport that would be ideal
Like drew said you should be.fine unless u.get a strict doorman
