I've been to Carnevino and though it was exceptional, but I've heard great things about CUT as well. I'm more intereste din the taste of the steak than the ambiance, etc.

If you've already been to Carnevino, why not try CUT? I was there once and it was very good. Definitely pricey, so be prepared to burn a hole in your wallet. -
I concur. Very good meat, but beats the shit out of you wallet.That being said, if you're asking if it can be done, you're probably not at the level where you could pull it off.
