They really are EVERYWHERE! I've had a few run-ins with them (non-sexual) and they're pretty sneaky.

I'd say this guy is pretty spot on.

It will also depend on the day of the week and/or time of night for their pricing. E.g. a Saturday night at 1am will definitely get you higher prices then a Wednesday night at 4am. And yes you WILL spot them everywhere.

A simple screening question that won't offend them is "Are you working?" Then you can go from there.
