  • Bachelor Party Suite Aria vs Vdara vs ?

    Mid August Thur-Sun
    -Need to sleep 3 guys
    -View is important
    -Best bang for buck
-Cool factor is more important than sqft
-PH towers is out, fiance is there
-Palm's Place is out, no balconies :OP

    Right now I've got:

    -Aria Corner Suite 780
    -Vdara panoramic suite 1040

What's the best pick, or is there something else out there I'm missing?

On an unrelated note, anyone ever get a 1bdrm king at phtowers bumped to a 2bdrm or bettern with a tip?

Are those prices the total you're paying over the 3 nights (Thurs, Fri, Sat)?

Let me know your total budget (after taxes and fees) and I'll give you the best recommendations.

2 bedroom suite at MGM Signature should be in your price range.

Not sure if the couch is a pull out bed or not though
        2016 (past) - none
        2016 (upcoming) - June 10th - 13th. Venetian. Invasion schedule

Here are some considerations to make. I've broken it down by hotel, with some details about each suite and then the price for the room over the 3 nights. I used August 18th, 19th, and 20th as the dates since I'm not sure what your actual dates are.

Mirage - I'm starting with the Mirage because a lot of people overlook the fact that they just renovated their suites last summer. They are literally brand new with modern furniture and decor - very nice. Check this link to see what I mean: http://www.mirage.com/hotel/guest-suites.aspx

-The Hospitality Suite (1 bedroom with a King Bed) can be had for $1,295 over those 3 nights, including all taxes and fees. It is 1,105 sq. feet and has a huge open living room with big sofa, 6-person dining table, large wet bar, plus a powder room.
-The Tower Suite (1 bedroom with a King Bed) can be had for $1,295 over those 3 nights, including all taxes and fees. It is also 1,105 sq. feet, but differs from the hospitality suite because it has furniture designed more for living and less for entertaining. It has a couch with big TV, plus a dining table for 4 and a wet bar.
-The Tower Suite (2 bedroom, one with King Bed and the other with Two Queens) can be had for $1,799 over those 3 nights, after all taxes and fees.
-The One-Bedroom Penthouse Suite cab be had for $1,732 over those 3 nights, after all taxes and fees. This is located on the top couple floors of the Mirage and is about 1,130 sq. feet. It has floor to ceiling windows throughout and the master bedroom has a canopied bed. The big living area has a living room and separate dining area, plus a large TV, a table for 4, and a marble wet bar with refrigerator.
-The Two-Bedroom Penthouse Suite can be had for $2,135 over the three nights after all taxes and fees.

I know the fiancee is staying at the PH Towers, but you could consider the regular Planet Hollywood Hotel for your home because they have pretty cool suites that have been recently renovated.

-Pricing is not available online, but call and check out the pricing for Panorama, Boulevard, and Apex Suites.

One thing to note is that Vdara gives very attractive pricing for its suites because the occupancy levels are quite low. The suites are beautiful and spacious, but there's no casino in that hotel and you need to walk over to Aria to gamble. It can be quite the hassle a bit of a walk to reach any action.

As for the Aria Corner Suite - it's really not as big as you would think. There's a small living area that sites in front of a bedroom. It's pretty good value at $780 over the weekend, but doesn't really hit a home run on the "cool" factor. Aria has other, more expensive, suites that would fit that bill.

Are you using an offer code? I'm seeing those mirage options being listed at 1725 base price for the tower and hospitality.
