Surrender / EBC pricing

Hey guys, sorry for asking - but I could not find pricing for Surrender/EBC. Any help would be great. thanks!

p.s. and just making sure i'm getting this straight, for all the pool parties, you pay cover then when reserving a table, lounge, etc you just hit the F+B minimums, correct?

If you're reservering a daybed, cabana, etc... at a pool party, your cover is waived and you pay nothing at the door. Then you're responsible for a F&B min.
