What is the Lounge area of TAO like? We are looking at getting a table there for the Thursday night of our trip. Thanks.

I highly suggest seeing what you can do about getting to the main floor level (can be main room or opium) or tao beach.

Lounge is downstairs area, relatively small, far from action (yes tao beach is separated from action, but gets a good sized crowd upstairs)

2 yrs ago we got one bottle in the lounge area...it was cool. We just brought girls down from the dance floor and it was real chill and relazed down there. Tables on the dance floor are too loud to talk to chicks who are at your table...just my opinion.

Ok thanks. So if we leave our table and go to the main dance floor I take it our table will be held for us?

PBZ. If I can help you out with anything at Tao or Tao Beach please feel free to contact me directly. The Lounge at Tao is the first floor area in front of the restaurant. You can usually get a smaller minimum there compared to the Club level or Beach level seating. Please let me know how many ppl are in your party and id be happy to price it out for you and answer any questions you have.
