Go to iTunes and search for "DJ Scene" - He has 120 free podcasts that are a good mix of house, hip hop and top 40. Most of them are around 50 minutes long.

Also check out Dj ERock's podcast on itunes. Pretty good as well.

Another good link. Check out "Flight Club". It's got a great mix over mostly everything you'd hear out.
