Do any of you get paranoid about getting sick right before a trip?

Before I go on any trip, about 2 weeks before, I start hitting vitamins and Emergen-C like crazy in hopes I dont get a cold or something right before my trip.

Shit, like 2 weeks ago, peeps in the office started getting sick. Strep, bronchitis and a cold or 2. Now my throat is hurting (swollen and sore) and Im trippin! Only 10 days to go!!

I have stayed at: Mandalay Bay, Aria, Flamingo, Excalibur, Hooters, PH Towers / Elara, Monte Carlo, Venetian, Luxor, LV Hilton, Rio, Mirage, MGM, Hard Rock Hotel, Planet Hollywood, Stratosphere, Tuscany, Tropicana, and rented a 6BR house. I think thats all.

I never let the air blow in my face while on the plane. Always someone sick on every flight and that air recirc is a great way to catch the flu and F your trip

Not so much before the trip, but on the plane. For whatever reason I seem to start losing my voice on long flights, but alcohol seems to bring it back to normal when I get to Vegas. Makes talking to the cab driver hard though.

I definitely do... I work in two VERY heavy social-related jobs (I'm a promotions assistant at a radio station, so we're literally dealing with hundreds of people PLUS sitting in cars with our coworkers for 6 hours at a time, and I also work at a retail store lol), so I'm always worried about getting sick, let alone before a trip. I just try to drink a lot of extra water and take vitamins.

Last year I was thisclose to getting a cold in Vegas, but I bought those vitamin shots and they helped SO much, luckily lol.

Terrified of getting sick before a trip, you cant cancel though you have to just power through it!!! Once you are drunk you will forget you ever felt bad!

I get paranoid about that. But usually just drink through it if it were to happen.
