Smaller Clubs (e.g. LAVO) vs. Big Places

I've only been to the mega-clubs in Vegas and have never tried any of the smaller places. I was particularly interested in maybe hitting up LAVO on my next trip since we'll be staying at either the Venetian or Palazzo.

Can anyone give some insight to the overall vibe of these places vs. the mega clubs. Is bottle service still highly recommended or is it less of a necessity than at the big places where it's hard to move around?

Any specific opinions on LAVO would be cool, too.3

It's a matter of personal preference. I think most people on here prefer the bigger clubs but some times it's nice to mix things up and go to a smaller club.

I've had a lot of fun at Lavo. There aren't a lot of places to hang out if you don't get bottle service. It's a little easier to get in than the bigger clubs but bottle service certainly makes it more fun.

Always had good times at Lavo as well. I think it comes down to personal preference. Smaller clubs can be a hassle to get across due to the size but its also like that with the bigger clubs as well just depends on when you go. Either or it's still going to be a good time.
