Cosmo/Marquee Day Pool

Staying at the Cosmo and was wondering about their pool and how is it so far? Anyone have prices for the cabanas, day bed, etc... heading out there july 23rd-26th. I will be at the pool sat/sunday or should i try to hit another pool spot up.

I stayed at the Cosmo in January, but the pool party wasn't open yet. We did get a cabana one night at night when Marquee was open and that place is amazing. The day club become an extension of Marquee nightclub during the nighttime.

I will be out in Vegas next weekend and staying at the Cosmo again. Ill let you know how the pool party is then!

Marquee Day Club was a part of the mAyOD invasion line up... I had a great time with great people. Pitchers were reasonably priced imo... $48, which worked out to about 5-6 glasses. We asked how much a lounge chair would be (earlier in the day, before the place filled up) and were told it was a $500 f&b minimum. A little too rich for my blood, lol. I'm not positive if that's the usual price or not. By the afternoon, some JC members eventually did get two chairs and it served as a great central meeting area.

Marquee Day Club is about on par with the size of Tao. The prices are all over the board for Cabanas, Loungers, Daybeds, etc. According to a waitress, and a host I spoke to when I was there it all depends on what talent is there that day. It definitely is a more laid back vibe the 2 times I went there. If you are looking for a raging pool party look elsewhere, unless there is a major DJ there then it may be worth it. Other than that I'd still go with Wet Republic on Saturday, and Encore Beach Club on Sunday.

The cabana prices I believe vary by day/event. Check with Robert, the official JC host. He will take good care of ya.

We had lounge chairs for the Saturday Jack Colton MAyOD event. For 2 girls it was $200 total/2 chairs (which is an insane deal). For guys it was $500 for 2 chairs. It seems they only sell them in pairs. We had a blast. The menu is damn near exactly the same as Tao Beach in pricing and selection. If you get there early enough, they let you pick out whichever chairs you want. We ended up front and center at the pool.

Head's up: DO NOT order the margaritas... We got a pitcher and they were completely un-drinkable! They told us "Oh, yeah, our margarita mix is kind of sour...sorry." You order it, you drink it, end of discussion. Needless to say, we ended up with a $48 liquid filled paperweight.

Does it matter how many people you have in your cabana? I heard they charged extra or something like that if you are over you max amount of people. So if friends of yours pop out of nowhere are they not allowed to chill in the cabana?

Stayed at the cosmo at the beginning of this month. Went to Marquee Dayclub Fri during the day and it was slow. Sat was much better. The cocktail waitress' are smoking hot. The frozen redbull and vodka pitchers are the way to go. 48 bucks each and very strong. I had a better time at Marquee Sat then I did Encore beach on Sunday. Encore beach is way better and had way hotter chicks just wasn't as jumping that day.

I have talked to two host and they quoted me 1500 and 2000 for a cabana at the cosmo and another hostess she quoted me 1000. Is there a difference w/these prices or is eveyone trying to make an extra buck off of these prices?

How is Marquee Day Club on Sundays? I've been trying to get more information about The Captains of Industry and they seem to be more of a duo that plays music that is all over the place?

I went for fatboy slim on the 3rd. It's not busy there like at night. Got there at 12:30pm and there was no line. I think we pissed the doorguy off when we asked him 'bro, are you open yet?' whatever, we know someone there so it was free. Not sure on prices because there was just a few of us and we got a "special" deal at the bar. It did get busier later but nothing like wet or ebc. I guess it's still new there or everyone went the day before for avicii and dirty south.

How is Tao Beach on Sunday? I will be there with a group of 15 mixed with males/females on July 24th. Wondering what are some of the cabanas prices?
