Thurs Night Options Besides TAO?

Gonna be in town in mid July with a group of 8-10 people. We have been to TAO a few times before on Thursday nights and are looking to switch it up. We're considering maybe BS at Tryst or Palms wristbands seeing as how 3-4 people will be meeting us when they get into town around midnight. What other clubs are good on Thursday nights?

I'm interested in veteran posters responses on this. I see alot of love for TAO on Thursday but I always find TAO overcrowded even with mainfloor BS. I have done BS at Tryst on a Thursday and had a great time. Never done the Palms wristbands. Anyone know how Surrender or Bank is on Thursdays?

I had a similar post about this yesterday re: Tao vs Tryst on a Thursday night. I've been to Tao a couple of times on Friday nights and always found it to be waaaaay to crowded. Anyway, I'm probably headed to Tryst this thursday, so I'll let you know what it looks like there.

how is surrender on thursday nights? i hate tao and haze with a passion. love tryst, but go there too often...

Surrender Thursdays is fun!! Chill.. and low minimums.. night time pool party... and should be interesting..

Appreciate the responses guys. Whats the music like at Surrender on Thursdays, or in general? Reviews have been great, so we definitely plan on hitting it up one of the nights. Our group likes hip-hop or a hip-hop/house mix. We don't dislike house, but prob won't want to go somewhere that plays it 100% of the time.

3) TAO

TAO is always packed on Thursday, and while it would be the best overall "party" scene, it's absolutely brutal to get around that place and order a drink if you don't have bottle service. If you have bottle service, it's the best place.

If you don't have bottle service, you can shortcut some of the crowd by going upstairs to TAO beach, grabbing your drink or some air/space there, and then heading back in. Personally, when I go to TAO on a Thursday, I'd say I spend 75% of the time in the TAO Beach area and the rest fighting for elbow room near the dance floor.

For a much easier environment to navigate, both Tryst and Surrender are solid choices. If you don't have bottle service, these two are no brainers compared to TAO.
