It's not directly on the strip and it has no casino. The rooms are nice, but the hotel doesn't offer much for your run of the mill Vegas partier or nightlife person.

You can stay at the Venetian or Palazzo for the same price, directly on the strip, with everything you need.

    June 2-6, 2011 - Venetian Bella Suite
June 21-26, 2012 - Cosmopolitan Wraparound Terrace Suite

unless its like a 55-80/night kinda deal i wouldnt stay there bc its just a regular hotel....no casino and they say its on the strip but its really a street off... oh fyi if you put in 5 star in northstrip condo on priceline negotiator you get this spot too

From what I noticed over the past few months is that Trump is usually at least $50 cheaper per night than Venetian/Palazzo.

For July 4th weekend the difference is over $300 total.

It is a definitely a cheaper option but it's cheaper for a reason. If looking to save money I would stay at a 4 star hotel on the strip like TI. Better location and casino

Service is great from what I hear. I hear it is Trump quality. But thing is, if you are going to Vegas for Trump quality, you may like it there. But its like the hotel isnt even in Vegas because there is no casino and no nightlife. LOL So you most likely will not be surrounded by party people while you are there (not sure if thats a plus or minus for you).

And yes, i have seen some great deals from there also. On all of the discount websites.

I have stayed at: Mandalay Bay, Aria, Flamingo, Excalibur, Hooters, PH Towers / Elara, Monte Carlo, Venetian, Luxor, LV Hilton, Rio, Mirage, MGM, Hard Rock Hotel, Planet Hollywood, Stratosphere, Tuscany, Tropicana, and rented a 6BR house. I think thats all.

I have found some great deals through Hotwire.com for this place. The condo aspect with a full kitchen definitely helps if you are throwing your own parties or cooking up some small meals.

Loved this place when i stayed there. Pricelined for $90/night, tipped $20 for upgrade to 1 bedroom suite on 38th floor facing partial strip.

Easiest one to priceline too, it's the only 5 star near north strip location.
