Last Minute/Spur of the Moment Las Vegas Trips...

So yea...I told myself No Vegas trips/Blowing Cash for a little while(I was thinking till August) but damn this forum gets me hyped on Vegas! so sure enough after telling my gf about some Vegas stories I read on here...I get the following text

"Hey, Let's go to Vegas this weekend! I bet if you check online we can get a free room ...eh? eh? maybe check out some strip clubs....do a little dancing and ..... "

so yea....long story short...We got comped rooms at harrahs and are leaving tomorrow night after work for a weekend romp in our favorite city.....guess my plan of staying away didn't work

so yea....i know i'm not the only one who gives into temptation...what are your spur of the moment las vegas stories?

One time when I was younger and dumber...Me and my buddies took off to Vegas after a night of partying and arrived at Sin City at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday Morning looking for some strip club action.....Needless to say the stripper selection on a Sunday Morning is not exactly top notch! Good Intentions ...Bad outcome!

my last trip

My last trip was completely spur of the moment and I had to fly cross-country

I had just been in Vegas from 3/30 - 4/3 and had a blast and a couple weeks later still had the itch.

I was planning a trip in July but I didn't want to wait. At this point I didn't know anyone going and wasn't really considering a solo trip

Wednesday April 20th I found out a friend from college was going to be out there that weekend for a bachelor party with another friend who was also gonna be there with friends from work. There was gonna be 2 separate groups of 5+ guys and I only knew 1 guy total.

That night I couldn't find any decent flights and I couldn't find a decent room at the Cosmo where they were already staying.

The next morning I wake up and check again and see the flights have dropped to regular advance prices and buy one. Then I priceline 5 star on north strip and get Palazzo.

Land in the early evening on Friday. Gamble and watch the Laker game and then meet the group at Cosmo for Marquee (main dance floor table). Sat we do EBC (water couch) and XS (main dance floor).

Best decision of my life as I have rarely had BS in Vegas as my friends don't want to spend the money. The best thing was that I was ready to chip in my share but a couple of the dudes were ballers and just paid for everyone and wouldn't take anyone's money.

I know that if I can make it never to turn down a Vegas trip.

The only thing that keeps me from going even more often are exams and having to work on a lot of weekends
