Sage at Aria has incredible food and kind of a neat, classically elegant atmosphere. If you go there, try the foie gras brulee

Aria has a few upscale places that are great for couples, and as mentioned earlier, mastros ocean club is a great spot at crystals. stk and comme ca are very nice, but as you asked for the nicest places in city center, they don't really fit the bill. The Cosmopolitan is a separate property and is not affiliated with City Center at all.

ate here on nyd for dinner. awesome doesnt even begin to describe it. we loved it! we were in the tree house. it will run you 100+ for two. our tab was 140ish and we each had a drink or two.

It's relatively low end for Vegas standards, but Todd English's pub has a great atmosphere and amazing food. I’m a diehard Yankees fan, so it kills me to compliment a guy from Boston, but it’s the best pub I’ve ever been to- in any city.

Check out olives at the bellagio. It over looks the lake and you can watch the fountains. Its the most affordable of the bellagio fountain restaurants and super romantic.
