I was up late the other night and caught an episode of Meat & Potatoes on The Food Network... The show is about Meat Prefection... They featured a Vegas Steakhouse called "Hank's Steakhouse"... I wanna say it's like 10mins from the strip just south of the airport... Anyhow they featured this Steak called the tomahawk and it looked off the chain... I'll try to link a youtube of the episode if I can find it...

yeah a tomahawk is what they usually call a bone in ribeye with a frenched rib bone... SW offered one last time i was there it was super huge like 64oz or something they suggest it for 2 if i remember correctlyOriginally posted by pantlessbellman View PostTomahawk's are pretty common.
