Steakhouse on Food Network

I was up late the other night and caught an episode of Meat & Potatoes on The Food Network... The show is about Meat Prefection... They featured a Vegas Steakhouse called "Hank's Steakhouse"... I wanna say it's like 10mins from the strip just south of the airport... Anyhow they featured this Steak called the tomahawk and it looked off the chain... I'll try to link a youtube of the episode if I can find it...

Tomahawk's are pretty common. At the restaurant at my work, its a 32oz cut. It usually refers to the largest highest end cut a steakhouse offers.

yeah a tomahawk is what they usually call a bone in ribeye with a frenched rib bone... SW offered one last time i was there it was super huge like 64oz or something they suggest it for 2 if i remember correctly

It's over towards Henderson (215/Green Valley Parkwy area) and it's VERY good. I ate there one for a business dinner a while back and was impressed... I just don't head over the way much.
