What a Day, What a Night!

Left Colorado after work at 5pm hellbent on making the 9 hour drive to my favorite place in the world in just under 8 hours. The 2011 Jetta was cruzing at 120mph for long enough for me to just run out of gas in the middle of the desert at 11:30pm, 5 miles from a gas station. Ran the 5 miles in just under an hour and a half. Got gas, hitchhiked back to the car, proceeded fly like a rocket to Sin City. Missed my highway drove to California 2 hours outa the way. Got to Sin City @ 4am. Got dressed, went to Drai's After Hours got drunk and danced my ass off. Drove back to my boys house before I got too faded to drive (as if there is such a thing in this city). Slammed Vodka till 9:30am popped a Lortab and crashed. 8 hours work, 13 hours in the car, 6 hours of partying and one hell of a day! All that to see Benassi at Marquee, turned out to be the best Benassi set in history and a crazy ass party only Las Vegas could host.

You ever drive from Colorado to Nevada? From Grand Junction on there is like a population of 1000 until you get to like st george near the Utah/NV border and even that is a small ass town. There is literally a near 200+ mile stretch of no gas/services.

As for the story... Sounds like one hell of a trip!
