Wristbands??

Hey, I'm planning a bachelor party on the last weekend of June and I'm a bit of a Vegas greenhorn. I've already got a ton of info from reading the forums but I haven't seen much about wristbands.

So before I book anything I thought I'd ask advice them? are they worth it? what do you get? how much are they?

It's a group of eight guys, and we are already planning on bottle service for XS on Saturday, and Rehab on Sunday. So some of the guys don't wanna do bottle service on Friday too, thinking that might be too expensive. That's why I'm curious about the wristbands and which places offer them and such?

The only places that offer them are the Palms Clubs (Ghostbar, Playboy Club, Moon, and Rain) and then the Venetian/Palazzo Clubs (Tao & Lavo).

My recommendation for a Friday, with a group of guys, would be to get the Palms wristbands. The Palms has a handful of nightlife venues and this will provide good variety for your group.

The wristbands are $60 each and they get you no cover/no wait at all of the clubs. Since each club can be about $20-$30 cover for a guy and includes a wait, this is a no-brainer if you're going to the Palms on a weekend. You can leave and re-enter however many times you want with no wait.

You can buy these wristbands at the STUFF Store (next to Rain Nightclub) at the Palms. OR, you can contact Janelle Banaga (great host who I've been working with for awhile) by texting her at 702-622-5635. She's awesome and can set aside the wristbands for you if you want. Tell her Brett sent you!

Looks like Marquee (so all of Tao Group now) has added Marathon wristbands to their website $100 each that are good for all dayclub and nightclub events that weekend. Also have their MDW platinum wristband for $500 each.

Will be interesting to hear if these allow skipping the line and going straight to the door, what ratio is needed and anything else...

Thanks for the info, I think we're gonna go with the palms wristbands. Has anyone done the "all access-hosted bar" wristbands before? I'd be curious to know how the hosted/open bar from 11-2am really is?

Guarantee admission no matter what (so a couple guys with no girls would be ok) and cut the line? Where'd you find this out? Website makes it look like the wristbands are the same as presale tickets but wristbands.

I called them. Because it doesn't make sense why they are $500 each- when normal pre-sale tix for all 8 events is less than that. They explained you are paying more because it gets you in no matter what. If the clubs full- you get in. Call Marquee and ask about them and they will explain it. I agree- online it sounds confusing- but its way more expensive than buying presale. I’m 1 guy and 1 girl so you may want to call and ask if the All-Access wristbands allow 2 guys. I don’t think it’s a problem as these seem to have no limits. I am picking the wristbands up right from Marquee Friday Morning.

+1...I think this says it all...Also, Lavo and Tao could work for one of those nights. Just search Tao wristbands in google you will find what your lookin for.

I have used the Tao/ Lavo wristbands before and they worked great. Long lines and we got right in..I would do it again if I'm not lookin to do bottle service..

The Palms all acess wristbands with open bar includes open bar with only Kettle One, Don Julio, Some kind of Champagne, and one other liquour I'm forgetting as well as mixers including red bull. You get to choose which club you want to have the open bar at. Rain is my choice. It's on the upper floor and you look down upon the dance floor. Plus you get your own seating area. Then you can jump around to the other spots if you want.

With the open bar wristbands you could choose to have open bar and entry to just one club, or you could get open bar at one club and all access. Depending on what you guys are looking for a table may be another option that may interest you. As far the other liquor, its Harlem... which kind of tastes like Jager. I was thinking of the wristbands too, then read through this deal again and called the Palms. For $99 you get dinner for 2 and 2 VIP nightclub passess. You redeem the passes for the wristbands when you get there and get access to all 4 clubs, so you save $20 and get dinner for free.

Is the hosted bar only available on Friday and Saturday or would Thursday be a possibility as well?

Hosted bar is currently offered on Fri and Sat, if you are interested in Thursdays... I would be able to offer a deal if you are possibly interested in a table.
