I have worn slacks before, but I prefer not to because I feel overdone. Slacks to me means I MUST wear DRESS shoes, and they get uncomfortable when you are 4-8 hours deep in partying. Some nights, Im just not built for that.

I prefer to wear casual shoes MOST times. But on occasion, I have a slacks night.

Those would be cool, they are dark wash and slimfit so I say go for it. They are also super versatile you could wear them with a lot of different things.

I rocked my cheap monday jeans and had absolutely no problem.
If they fit good and aren't ripped youll be sweet bud.

Our eyes are very much opened when we see some of the trends going down in Las Vegas, but we live like 5500 miles away so theres going to be differences.

Besides we are there for a party not a fashion show!

Hhahaah nah, however you see a few people wearing it down here in Melbourne, like i said you have to 'wear it right' and in all fairness prob's won't suit everyone either... mind you, i also see quiet a few bad denim shirts and vest's (I don't condones vest's) being worn.

And don't get me started on some of the trends you americans wear :P .

I dig those! If you gonna get Selvedge, I would recommened getting them about a month early and wearing them acouple times a week to break them in a tad. When you get them they will feel like cardboard and will need some time to get loose and adhere to your body. Selvedge is great because after awhile not one pair will be the same and will have its own charecteristics and whatnot. I know it might sound gross but I would also recommened not washing them for awhile(Longest Ive gone is about 5 months).
