Holy Shit, The Strip Is On Fire.

My phone is being a dick and I cannot copy and paste links but Fox 5 has recent updates on the fire that started roughly an hour ago. Somewhere between Monte Carlo, NYNY and City Center. Lots of different stories coming out right now. Unreal.

Ah crap, i'm supposed to be staying at the Monte Carlo next year!! can't be dealing with these damn fires!!!

Stayed at Monte Carlo once, years ago, pre-fires. Thought it was an ok place, but never again.

I have stayed at: Mandalay Bay, Aria, Flamingo, Excalibur, Hooters, PH Towers / Elara, Monte Carlo, Venetian, Luxor, LV Hilton, Rio, Mirage, MGM, Hard Rock Hotel, Planet Hollywood, Stratosphere, Tuscany, Tropicana, and rented a 6BR house. I think thats all.

ITS CHEAP! and i am never in the rooms long enough to care about where i am staying, usually i just crash out at the pool parties.

I actually really like the Monte Carlo, they've done alot lately to freshen up the joint (Ignite, Brew Pub, Dragon Noodle, etc...). For a hotel pool, on the weekends it more resembles a 'pool party', actually had fun there a few days before going into work at LIQUID.

I usually refer all of my clients/friends looking for cheap rooms there because it has direct access to CityCenter, and the rooms are decent.

Hotel32 is another story, Pent7 is one of my favorite rooms on the strip, hands down.
