More Bottle Service Questions :P

Sorry for another bottle service thread. I've been doing some serious digging through the board here and haven't seen these questions brought up though.

1.
I'm hoping to book a table for about 14 dudes at either Tryst or XS next Friday (May 20). I'm just wondering if I should try to break the group into two or if it'll be easy enough to get 14 guys on one table?
I'm not too worried about any bottle minimums with this crew.

2.
I am, however, concerned about managing the tab. Any thoughts on the best way to manage a group this large beyond getting money up front? Can I close out the tab after ordering the minimum number of bottles and then just have people open their own tabs or order/pay for drinks individually?

Appreciate the help. I love this site....it's like the Quora for the Vegas party scene.

1. Just tell the host 14 guys. Shouldn't be an issue. Just remember though, regardless of group size, it's likelihood it'll probably only sit at most half your group.

2. Manage the tab - you touched on the first point - collect money upfront.
Next tip - You'll sign for up front your minimum commitment with the waitress (2 bottles, 3 bottles etc) at that point give her guidelines. Tell her that only you and maybe a couple people if your comfortable (point out/introduce the 1 or 2 other guys) that "control" the table as in no orders unless cleared by you or the other 2 you designated.
