  • Wet Republic Line Question

Was planning to get a day bed or something similar with a few buddies, but some backed out.

What time should i arrive to get in(general admission line) with 2-3 guys total if i want to get in fairly quickly and what kind of wait expectation should there be?

Does it make sense to contact a host and see if I could skip the line $$

    Thanks

Be there by 10:45 or earlier. Yes, its always worth giving a shot in contacting a host. Of course on special holiday weekends its probably easier to just purchase a wanticket.

I was wondering the same. I'm going this May 13. If I get there between 8:30-9, is there usually a line already?

How many are in your group? We'll be going this Friday as well, 5 girls and 5 guys.

Our flight doesn't even get in until 8:30 am, so we're gonna go check in at the hotel and hope to be in line before 11am.

Just 2 guys. Should've been a lot more but you know how that goes...everybody is in until nobody is in.

We'll be easy to spot...the 2 drunk yet pleasant dry dudes with their shirts still on holding up the bar. By 11 we should be in pretty good spirits, but if you see us stop by for the first 'cheers' of the day!

No need to line up at 8:30 or 9:00am. If you're two guys, be line by 10:30am and you wont wait too long. It opens at 11. $50/guy cover.

SpyonVegas RSVP says if we get there by 9, we're in for free.

The real question is would I rather pay $50 to sleep an extra couple hours! I fly in Thursday night from the east coast and will not waste an entire night in Vegas sleeping, so the answer might be yes.

$50 is steep. I'd wake up an hour and a half early.

ETA: To me, it reads like you have to RSVP by 9am on May 13th in order to gain free entry. It doesn't open til 11, so I don't know why getting there before 10:30 would be any more of a benefit...

the wet site has a guestlist feature also if you like. it may not save you on cover but you could wait in the guestlist line.

I just don't wanna fall asleep on the concrete or something and get kicked out! But yeah, it's definitely worth saving $50 to get there early.

"RSVP for free entry by 9am on May 13"...I see what you're saying. I guess I find it hard to believe that just posting on that site will save me a $50 cover when I'm there at normal time. Making me wake up early to sit at a pool that nobody will arrive at for another 2 hrs seems like punishment enough to warrant a $50 savings. No such thing as a free lunch, ya know? For guys anyway. I guess I'll find out Friday!
