I forgot to mention that sterling brunch is probably the best buffet. But it's 80 bucks a person.

I was just there yesterday, although my memory is so busted I forgot how much it was (between $20 and $30 after tax I believe). Absolutely worth it. A good trick is to show up at 10:30-45am... then you get the end of the breakfast (which is kick ass), and the start of the lunch at 11am (which is also kick ass).Originally posted by ChiCell View PostI have been to TI, MGM, Bellagio, and Wynn buffets. The only one I wasnt happy with was MGM. I personally think the Wynn one had the best choices and food quality. Its not a bad price on weekdays either... i think 20 for lunch?
Do not pass on the eggs Benedict, the pulled pork on cornbread (w/ a little cole slaw on top), and of course, the desserts.

I've had Rio's Carnavale lunch buffet twice. This time around tried the Bellagio dinner buffet on friday. Paid around $37 per person (which is not bad for dinner buffet).
the average: sushi
the worst: horribly overcooked Kobe sirloin
the redeeming: good pasta selection and dessert was good too
the highlight: crab legs and smoked scottish salmon... very very good

This was my experience as well, it should be a crime to overcook beef like they do! especially if it really is kobe...

I can't think it's Kobe for $37 per person.Originally posted by smooches View Postthe worst: horribly overcooked Kobe sirloinOriginally posted by chrisl84pia View PostI've had Rio's Carnavale lunch buffet twice. Anyone have an opinion on the best champagne brunch buffets? The roomies and I are looking to be incredibly hedonistic one afternoon and gorge ourselves on food and drink.

If money isn't an object, Bally's Sterling Brunch is amazing. It is a splurge thought at around $80 per person (last time I was there) and only offered on Sundays I believe.Last edited by ChiTownChik; 10-12-2011, 09:03 AM.
