Piano Bars?

New to forum, been to Vegas a few times but this time I’m going with the wife. Seeing as how we can’t just get trashed 24/7 like when I’m down with the boys, I’ve been thinking of a few other things we can do. We have a few shows, bars, restaurants etc. lined up, but we’re interested in Piano bars. Which one is worth checking out?

Seems like there is quite the selection, but if we’re only going to one which one should it be?

east side lounge at encore has dueling pianos on some nights now.. (fri/sat i think) i walked by a few times last time i was there and people seemed to be enjoying it.

Hard Rock has also converted their old sportsbook into a dueling-piano bar type of thing. It's kinda cool and has the old bar on the side to supply the alcohol.

I'm also new to the forum. I've only been to the piano bar that aria linked to, but I can say that we had a great time there.

I am in Las vegas with my friends, so tell me some good restaurants,and piano bars where we can go at least cost.

Bootlegger Bistro is kinda cool. It's on Las Vegas Blvd. south... out by the Outlet Shops. Owned by the same folks since the 50's or therabouts. Nice piano bar. etc.

"Don't tell mama" is an independently owned piano bar on the east side of freemont st. It is totally awesome. It's not as cheesy/ touristy as the ones on the strip, and the drinks are way cheaper. you can tell they care.

Don't miss the downtown cocktail lounge while your down there.

My vote would be the Times Square Bar in NYNY. Anytime we are in Vegas and we aren't hitting up the club, we always head here and we always have a good time.

I went to East Side lounge a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. I thought the guys were funny and also great singers. This was on one of our relaxing nights where the drinks were not going down as fast and not really in the mood for loud dance music. They had a 2 drink minimum per person but that was obviously no problem.
