  • Best buffet Saturday/Sunday?

Me and my friend are convinced that the Rio champagne brunch buffet is the best thing to happen to fatties since kreme got krispy, but we haven't been to Vegas in a few years. Is it still good or is there another buffet we should try to hit instead?

He asked if the gym fees were included in the hotel fees so he could go work out before we go so he could build up an appetite. That's dedication.

Rio is good but in my book, the Bellagio weekend champagne brunch takes the cake. Get there between 10:30-11:00am to avoid the really long lines and get a nice mix of breakfast/lunch food.

After 11:30, the line is just absurd.

I think it's like $25.99 and another $5.00 to add unlimited champagne or mimosas.
    Vegas Trips to-date:

March 18-22, 2009 - MGM Grand Bungalow Suite
April 22-26, 2010 - MGM Grand Bungalow Suite
    June 2-6, 2011 - Venetian Bella Suite
June 21-26, 2012 - Cosmopolitan Wraparound Terrace Suite

Wynn Buffet is really good too but I think more expensive. I want to say 29.99 + 10.00 for unlimited champagne but I may be mistaken.

I've heard lots of people raving about the Bellagio one, I just never stay on that part of the strip

Wynn/Encore have the highest ratings but definitely a steeper price. Rio is a great alternative if you can't afford Wynncore, Cisco and I make a ritual of hitting it up every trip.

Yeah I've never actually paid for it. Always comped, the tables get enough of my money

Wicked Spoon Buffet at Cosmopolitan is the way to go. Check out the pictures on Yelp.

I'd be interested in joining along if you're going to Rio.

Unlimited mimosas were included. We showed up a little after 11 on Saturday and there wasn't much of a line. By the time we left, it was a zoo.

Food was good, and i had a little of every "country" except for the sushi. It was good when I went years ago, but my friend got to it first this time and he was making funny faces after he ate it. I avoided it, YMMV.

M resort, but it might as well be in another state.

Awesome food with beer wine and cider included, must have got through about 7+ pints of cider back in Feb 2010. only allowed one drink per time so would order and down one and then order again to take back to my table.
