Steve Aoki your thoughts?

Hi

I have not seen Steve Aoki, but decided to go to XS on Monday and he is playing. I've seen some of his plays on you tube. Is it very repetitive? What kind of music? Is it more like trance? I like Kaskade, and deep house music.

Aoki is a party DJ. He has great energy and will make you move to the beat for sure. He used to be more "hipster" but has since gone more mainstream. Everything you're seeing on YouTube is what you'll see at XS. Guaranteed great time

Aoki is awesome live. Way more bass-heavy than some other EDM DJ's that I've seen.

Impossible not to dance or at least move with the beat doing something that resembles dancing.

saw him a few weeks ago in atlantic city. i was the only one of 8 who knew who he was. the next day, all of my friends were obsessed with finding where he was gonna be next. he was that good!

+1. He is definitely bass-heavy for sure~
I went to one of his performance with like 7k people. He rocks out on the stages too, running around jumping etc.
His music is not my favorite out there, but it does the job and sure gets the crowd going as well.
