Bare Pool is a good spot on Monday.

Marquee is the best Monday club.

Moon gets a good crowd on Tuesday. You may want to look into Chateau as well, but feedback from people I trust in Vegas has not been particularly positive.

Surrender is the best spot on Wednesdays. LAX is also a consideration if you prefer hip hip/top 40 music.
