Tips for big group of guys

Ok, so the trip is 5 nights June 9-13 and we are big group of guys (15+).

I know big groups always make things complicated, especially when it’s all guys and not everyone has money to burn, that’s why we are planning on only one big party night on a club with table service.

We were thinking on Friday or Saturday, but after reading a few posts I’m thinking it may be better to do Sunday, the budget is around $200 a guy.

Any suggestions on which club to go to, whom to contact, how to get organized, etc will be appreciated.

Most of us are staying at the Paris so we were thinking maybe do CHATEAU, is it any good? do Paris guests get any kind of deal?.

On the other nights I guess it will be hard to organize everyone to do a single thing maybe we will do the palms wristbands one night. But I’m sure big groups of us will be hitting strip clubs, bars, shows, etc. so any recommendations are welcomed.

- some people are on a budget. Does this mean that some people aren't even going to drink/not want to pay?

- 15+ guys and doing table service. Expect the 1 bottle:3 people ratio, especially on a Friday/Saturday.

- Neither XS nor Marquee is normally open on Sunday. There are exceptions, such as deadmau5 will be at XS on Sunday, May 29.

- If you pick Sunday, your best choices are Vanity, Lavo & The Bank.

- 200.00 per person might not be enough for the top 2 clubs right now in Las Vegas.

- Check the contacts list here & preferably text, not email the hosts to ask what they can do for you.

Get in contact with hosts from a few clubs that are listed on this site for the clubs you are keen on checking out. Tell them your situation, how many guys, what they want to pay dates etc and they will get back to you with price and whats best for your group.

For Friday/Saturday, I'd skip Marquee or XS unless your group is willing to pay substantially more than going to other clubs. I can't put a dollar figure on this because nothing is ever set in stone when it comes to booking bottle service. You need to put the work into it.

Saturdays are usually tougher to organize big groups of guys (10+) unless you're willing to break up your group and go into the club in smaller groups or willing to pay more.

I've been to Vegas before twice with fairly large groups of guys (7 one trip and 10 the other and 8 again in June). I can tell you that from the people I've gone with everyone has preferred Daylife to Nightlife. I'd take the one big party and use it at the pool. Either Wet Republic on Saturday or Encore Beach Club on Sunday. Best part about this besides the girls all being more relaxed and in bikinis is that your table would be a food and beverage minimum as opposed to just bottle service. You get a lot more out of this. People can order individual drinks as opposed to bottles.

Finally Voodoo Lounge maybe on Friday or Saturday has an open bar package for $60. Great views and 4 hour open bar if I recall correctly.

Thats what i used to buy my Tao passes. Def a deal. bought 2 passes and saved about $10 each

I will talk about it with my friends but i think we are set on doing the night club, i think we just have more energy at night .

how abouth the $150 wristbands at palms with the 3 hrs open bar?

i think we will do the voodo lounge seems like a good deal.
