UFC 100 Weekend (July 10-12)

Hi everyone,

first time, long time.

There are 4 of us (all guys) coming to Vegas for UFC 100 On July 11 and are planning on doing bottle service on Friday night at XS. I have contacted a couple of hosts (including Patrick Frank) and half say that since it's a fight weekend, they will have to charge a "table fee" on top of the regualr cost for bottle service & raise the min. # of bottles from 2 to 3. The other half, as well as the XS nightclub main phone line, say there are no extra fees on that weekend and the min. # of bottles is 2 for 4 ppl.

I don't know who to believe; we are planning for the more expensive way however, I just wanted to know your guys' experiences on a UFC fight weekend.

As well, is there a JC member night at Tao on Thursday July 9? Ive been using this site for over 2 years and its the best source for info on Vegas nightlife out there BY FAR!

the host fee is pretty much a control factor for big weekends (holidays and fights)....each host gets x amount of tables and they have hundreds of people contacting them for tables so they charge fees to control the situation.....you know guns and butter in economics 101 (supply/demand), and they might as well make a few bucks as well. you wont hear about a host fee directly from the club because its not a club instituted charge and you can bet your ass thatyou will not get inside if you dont go through a host and have their cell # with you. If you call the club directly they will put your name on a list but noone will help you out when you arrive.

Ive been there on fight weekends, and didnt notice any difference in the crowds. BUT XS is the hottest club right now. Everyone was talking about it last weekend in Vegas.
