booking through the club directly?

Last year, I contacted LAX nightclub directly to book bottle service for my group, I never got a host's name or anything. At the club, we checked in and were walked to our table and that was that, never saw the host again.

Has anyone ever booked bottle service this way?

I've always used the host that JC or the members have reccomend. I've also heard if you book ur table directly wit the club they might give ur reservation to a lower host, which means your table could get bumped by a senior host. So to be safe I would just use the guys we have on this site. Hope this helps.
