Development effects club plans... HELP ME!

There has been a recent development in a situation that has an impact on my vegas plans so I need a little bit of help.

Initially, 3 of my friends and I (4 of us total) were going to Las Vegas for one of my friends birthdays. We booked our trip for July 13th-19th and made a club itinerary that we were all happy with... It looked a little something like this.

Wednesday: Surrender
Thursday: TAO
Friday: Palms (Playboy/Moon/Rain)
Saturday: Haze
Sunday: The Bank
Monday: Marquee

With Bottles @ TAO & The Bank (B-day)

1 of the members of our party (Birthday boy) just got a new job, and isn't certain that he will be able to have all of those days off. In his worst case scenario he will only be able to get off Friday and Monday, with his regular weekends off. This would shorten his trip to Friday-Monday as he works late and wouldn't make Thursday and would work on Tuesday.

There are a couple of places that we have decided that he certainly cannot miss;
1. TAO (since my group loves it so much)
2. Marquee (Since it's the new hotness)

With that being said I was wondering how we should re-order our club schedule. I have a pretty good idea and have began to develop an alternate plan, but the problem comes in on Sunday (B-day). We all lurk on Spyonvegas.com quite a bit and have all noticed the crowd to be "Hella Grown" as my friend put it...

I want to make sure that he has a great b-day and that he is comfortable with the crowd ( a little on the younger side if possible, we are all 22 & 23)

The new schedule (Thus far...)

Wednesday: Surrender/ Gallery
Thursday: Tryst/ HAZE<- Since we don't want to do Tao without him
Friday: TAO/ Marquee
Saturday: TAO/ Marquee
Sunday: XS/LAVO/Bank <- Bottle Service
Monday: XS/Marquee

Pretty much need help with all the days, give me your input and a version of what you would do, considering the limiting factors/options

1. Choose from options above
2. Bottle Service on Sunday is MANDATORY
3. Another Bottle Service day can be sprinkled in
4. Younger crowd

(If you choose the bank, pleas justify the appearance of the "Hella Grown" crowd) haha

Yeah, you have no idea how gay my friends are being right now.
Everyday I'm getting more pissed.

Friend #1 (Bday boys)- claims he wants to switch his shifts from days to nights.. meaning he will come from Sat-Mon now, but he thought he could change his non-refundable flight. (he can't) now he hast to book a new ticket, which he shouldve known to begin with.

Friend #2 - Claims he wants to change the whole trip to go to San Jose?! Just so he can go see some damn girl (Super Selfish) and claims we can get a rental and road trip to Vegas (Fuck That!)

Friend #3 - has cheap ass friend syndrome and only is going to bring $500

So at this point if I have to go by myself I will, no one will rain on my parade!

I feel you man. I have the burden of doing all the planning too. Just imagine going with a group 3 times as big and the large majority of people don't want to do bottle service. I can close without a table (last trip notwithstanding) but some of my friends can't

When balling on a budget... the Palms wristbands are your best friends... Do the one with hosted bar... All u can drink Vodka

Doing the Tao wristbands July 4th weekend. At the very least will be doing Tao Friday and Tao Beach one of the weekend days. At the very most Tao Fri, Lavo Sun, and Tao Beach both days. It all depends on how cheap my friends are being.

I doubt it would be worth the read! I tried to calculate if it was evenly humanly possible and it kind of is, but it sucks haha (mostly sober the whole time, walking everywhere, cheapest food on the menu, lots of mcdonalds)

Yeah last time I went a friend came along who brought like 300 dollars. I was pissed at him the whole time and ended up ditching him Sunday and going to Rehab with someone else. Had a GREAT time.

Seriously, I'd tell the cheap ass friend he has two choices: either man up and bring more money or accept the fact that while you guys are hanging at a cool pool party or doing bottle service, he'll be drinking $1 beers at Bill's. The guy has a choice. Let him come but if he has to he'll have to find his own fun. This way you get to do what you want and either the guy will learn or he'll end up finding his own fun. He's not your responsibility. You're taking way too much on yourself, Dex.

Yeah I feel it, this is exactly what I’m going to do. Lay it out on the line for him and let him make his own decision. It isn’t my responsibility to babysit him or help him out when he goes broke sooner than he thought. I’m still going to be partying my ass off!

Yup, Me and Friend #2 will most likely be joining you. 6 people fill out the 3 person per bottle making it cheaper on everyone. 2 bottle min will be cake, but why only get 2?! lol

I feel you on this...I've been there. The older you get the worse it gets too it seems. Those same friends who ditched before due to money reasons start ditching due to family/job reasons. I have really just 2-3 friends I know that are down for Vegas when we plan the trip so I stick with them knowing everyone else will just be a huge disappointment in the end.

If I was in your situation I would ball on a budget then go with one night of Bottle Service ... I'd also try to team up with someone from the boards... TAO Bottle Service should be on your radar...
