Large Bachelor Party Labor Day

Whats up everyone. This is a great site i just stumbled upon. Looks like there could be a lot of good information on here! Anyway, I go to Vegas every year, most of the time business, but a few crazy party trips too. I had my bachelor party there and i had the greatest time in the world. Now i have been put in charge of a bachelor party on labor day weekend (9/3 - 9/6) for one of my best friends. Theres 9 guys going and were are staying in a 2 bedroom grand suite at the Palms. Im trying to think in advance on how to get into certain clubs and if theres any contacts i can hit up before hand. All the other times i go im with guys who are fine with laying down a lot of money. This trip may be a little different. I am good with laying down money but a bunch of the guys were going with will try and be as thrifty as possible. If i have to lay down $100.00 tip to a doorman to get everyone in i will, i dont have a problem with that. What are the best places for us to go you think and do you think ill have a problem trying to slip them $100 to get us all in?

Also if theres any contacts i should hit up who would they be? I always loved Ghost Bar and Moon, but i want to hit up Tryst and maybe some new clubs/bars.

first off the 2 bedroom grand suite at the palms should come with some perks....BUT you have to ask. I would suggest trying to get the bracelets for the nine group thrown in with the suite, and if they wont throw them in then def buy them here wanttickets.com and spend one night at all the spots in the palms......as for tryst: it can be done BUT its gonna be difficult if you got tables on that weekend there would they would prob require a 5-6 bottle min, which would get pricey. On friday sept 4 you def have to hit up ditch fridays at the palm pool. you just have to know going in that with 9 dudes it can get tough on a holiday weekend you def wqant to have shit in place before you head out.

You know that sounds like a good idea. Who do i ask though? Just call up the reservations line? Or try to get in contact with the casino host?

I know that on a holiday weekend its going to be crazy and honestly when we planned this trip we didnt realize it was Labor day (which is why were going from Thursday - Sunday instead of Monday). Thats why im trying to get everything settled way before we go out there so i have the least amount of surprises as possible. Out of all the guys going, ive been to Vegas like 10 times, one other guy has been once, and the rest have never been so im trying to show them all a good time and i dont want to screw it up.

Others may be thinking it, but I will say it. $100 for 9 guys won't do it. Especially on a holiday weekend at one of the major clubs. A couple of forum in the past couple of months have used the bracelets at the palms with great success. Outside of the palms, I would seriously consider table reservations. You still have a couple of months to go, could you all start a bottle fund??

well sounds like youre on the right path to doing it right. I would call the reservations line and a host and tell them that youre there for a special reunion....I always advise people to shy away from the words "bachelor party" as much as possible, people think of the movie with the same name and the "craziness" attached with it and it doesnt bode well. if I was in your shoes I would do tryst thursday before the madness of the weekend gets into high gear, and it will still be awesome on thursday then friday plan for bracelet night cause that will be the easiest to solidify then saturday do maybe a great dinner and strip club....with this gameplan you will be keeping the headaches to a minimum and doing it right

I was just throwing $100 out there just as a round number. If it needed to be $200 or $300 to get everyone in for the night i wouldnt be so offended by it. I know its a crazy weekend so i understand. Im going to try and do a bottle reservation one night and try and get these guys to do it, but if the bottle minimums are like 2+ some of these guys are just coming out of college and in some ways broke. I have been telling them for months Vegas is expensive and you need to save up for this trip.

How do the bracelets work? I looked on that site and i want to make sure im looking at the right ones. I saw an all access pass for everything in the Palms for $60.00 each. Is that the right one? Also, how do they work? Can you go in and out of the clubs all you with without any lines and instant access?

you want to do the bracelet NOT the pass. the bracelet allows you entry without paying again, and no waiting in any of the lines for rain, ghostbar, playboy/moon

im looking at the site and it has changed dramatically since last I visited we have to get this sorted out.....but im gonna guess that the other night clubs are going to be selling tables on wanttickets.com VERY VERY SOON.....this will get interesting!

ok the best way to get to it is to go thru the ninegroup.com site click buy tickets, and the all access pass IS the bracelet and they are $60, but at times they will be $160 which would include a sponsored open bar. nothing for 9-4 just yet but as it gets closer im sure you will be able to get the bracelets for that night.

that and also from what i hear the taxi drivers are charging some strip joints $100 a head for people that they bring...so it would be cheaper for us and the strip joint to just call them and they give us a free limo and free entrance... i tipped out five per head to the limo driver and next time i go im gonna also give five per head to the door guy.

You know im not so worried about the strip clubs as i am getting my guys into the nightclubs. Thats the issue i am trying to deal with and hopefully have worked out way in advance.

I think were going to end up having in room "entertainment" anyway. I had that for mine and it was crazy, but the guy who ran it is nowhere to be found so now i have to find a new guy for in room entertainment.
