I actually don't know of any that have single Zero in Vegas.

There's one at the Venetian, minimums will depend on the time of the day but most likely $25 at most during busy hours.

Wynn, Venetian/Palazzo, Caesars, Bellagio, MGM all have them - in their high limit areas.

Depends, I've seen on absolute dead days $50 outside, $25 inside spread. But regular too semi-busy nights hovers in the $200 out, $100 in - range.
