I was Comped five nights in August 14-19th all weekdays for a basic room. What are the odds of getting a room upgrade?..(need two queens). I am a Platnium Total Rewards member if that helps any?? I would love to stay at the Panamoric Suite but thats prolly way out of my range I guess.

If you slip $20 to the clerk at check-in, you might be able to get upgraded to a nicer room with two beds. I wouldn't count on being upgraded to one of their nice, big suites though.

If you are a Platnium Total Rewards member. I would talk to a host and I am sure they can upgrade you.

To be honest, I have no clue on how or what do about contacting a host etc. have never dealt with one...what type of room should I be looking at? Aim high and hope for the best?

Just call planet hollywood and say you want to talk to a host and ask for a nice suite. They will look at your play and tell you what they can do for you. With this economy it might not take much.

I called main reservation line, she upgraded me to the Hollywood hip with Strip View, but said when I check in most likely they would upgrade me lil more, but couldnt do it more than that now since it was 4 months away.
