Played it a couple times over at Casino Royale. Interesting twist, enjoyed playing it as it makes blackjack a bit more fun.

            Instructions

            1
Make 2 equal bets in the betting circles in front of you to begin.

            2
Watch the dealer deal you 4 cards, all face up, to make 2 Blackjack hands.

            3
Wait for the dealer to check for Blackjack in his hand if he has an Ace showing. The dealer's cards are dealt the same way as traditional Blackjack with just the top card showing.

            4
Decide whether you can make a better hand by switching the top cards of each hand. You can only switch the top cards. For example, if you've been dealt a 10 and 8 and 2 and 10, you can switch the top cards to make a 20 and a 10. You can hit after you switch or stay after you switch.

            5
Double down on a hand if you wish. Do this if you have switched 2 cards to make a 10 or a 9.

            6
Determine whether you want to split cards. For example, you could be dealt 2 Aces. You can split those hands to try and make more winning hands.

            7
Watch the dealer turn over his cards. If your cards beat the dealer's, you win either or both bets.

The down side to the game.

Hitting a Blackjack (21) will pay even money in this game instead of 2 to 1 or 3 to 2 like traditional Blackjack.

If the dealer has 22, he pushes against any winning hand of 21 or less. However, if you have a true Blackjack (Ace and 10), you win the hand.

The dealer must hit on a soft 17, meaning an Ace and a 6.

You are now playing two hands of blackjack hence 2 bets.so money goes quicker!!
