MGM Signature vs. PH Towers upgrades

Got the 2bedroom suite @ MGM Signature for August 12-14th. for $920 total (2 nights)

PH Towers is offering their 2 bedroom suite for $890.

I know the PH Towers has a 3 bedroom penthouse that they can upgrade us to if available upon checkin, but does the Signature have a larger penthouse?

Signature may be the best option b/c of MGM & pools, but wanting to see who can do the best upgrade too.

checked with cosmo, aria, etc. all over $1300+ for 2bdrm.

Signature doesn't have anything larger like a 3-bedroom penthouse.

They have a 2-bedroom suite, which is basically a 1-bedroom suite connected to a Junior Suite.
