    ahhh, for some reason I always hated Full Tilt..and honestly may have just been the look lol...I quit PS while back before all this mess cause got tired of the situation with echecks..but if they ever got it all fixed out and made legal..I'd be all over it.

      Good news that people look like they are at least getting their cash out. That would have been criminal to have confiscate that.

      What a shame US citizens have to live under communist rule and be told what they can or can't do. That is absolute BS.

      I'm sure the government would love to figure out a way to tax it so they have to get their cut of everything as well. I doubt they are going to let you write off your losses however.

      I have heard rumours that the US government is setting up legal online gaming sites. Not sure how they work or who exactly is running them but the government will find a way to get their hands on the cash as well.

        Reports around that Ultimate/Absolute is declaring bankruptcy and wont be able to let their clients cash out. Ouch.

          Luckily I was able to cash out a modest sum from PokerStars fairly quickly. I am happy that they at least returned the money. I lost (luckily, a much smaller amount) in the whole neteller thing a few years back.

          I think I am done with online poker at least for the foreseeable future. It's too much of a grind even with good games, nothing like the heyday with Party Poker and bonuses/rakeback all over the place.
