It's me and 2 other friends have a reservation at Palazzo (Bella suites) and Planet Hollywood Towers (1 br suite). If price is equal which would be the best place to stay? Side note: PH only has a king and pull out queen so one of us will be sleeping on an air mattress but we'd like to be somewhere on the strip close to where its live at. Where would u stay at?

Palazzo for sure. The rooms are great, plenty of room for everybody, no weird sleeping arrangements.
In addition, you have everything you need right there since it's connected to the Venetian.Vegas Trips to-date:
