4 Brits and a Cannuck (July Trip)

After a lot of day dreaming and wishing, the dream has become a reality me and 4 other lads are finally going to Vegas. Will be there from the 19th to 26th of July. 2 of us have been Vegas before, while the rest have yet to have their Vegas cherry popped. However my trip didnt count as I was with my old man for his birthday mostly gambling, so I guess that makes me a reborn Vegas virgin?

We will be staying in the Vdara ( which isn't exactly the most ideal place to be staying but won it through Priceline at a cheap price) and looking to have some filthtastic nights. Been told by quite a few vegas veterans AMF's are a must when we're there. Hopefully the British accent does us a few favour in terms of the women when we're there, worked quite well in New York .

Who cares where you stay, so long as it has a bed, or at least the floor is carpeted!

Make sure you ask plenty of questions, get the itinerary down before you leave. And make sure you have a Fat Tuesday drink!

Hey Muss mate, I'm not gonna lie your trip report actually set the standard! I'm hoping our trip is somewhere near the epicness of yours. As for Fat Tuesdays after reading your trip report and mentioning the yard long drink, im sorta curious as to how i'd react to it haha

Thanks Nabz, yeah we went bezerk it was a great time - only to be topped by my next visit.

Nah I reckon you'll be okay with the FT's because a) They take ages to drink, and b) Its strong but nothing compared to say an AMF.

Its a good drink to go walking down the strip with.

And another benefit, it doubles up as a cricket bat when you get bored!

The yard long drink is a must when in rome/vegas sort of thing... its has to be done! I bought one and was drinking it for a good 2 hours and only just got 1/3 of it down lol. It also makes great competition between the boys to see who can down the most the fastest etc.

You then realise these bad boys with around 4-5 extra shots for a $1 each are more than suffice! lol

What would you guys recommend during the day time? Its gonna be pretty hot during July, two of us currently live in Dubai so we're somewhat used to the 40+ degrees with humidity that comes in Summer, however the other 3 aren't, I'm guessing its gonna be wayy to hot for pool parties.

I take it the picture of the cups is from the same place that does the yard long drinks? Do you guys have any pictures of those?
Are they pretty much like a yard glass you'd hit at a 21st but plastic?

Yep, pretty much exactly what I thought they were. I think I'll have no worries getting the boys into those but I think we'll pass on the straws
