  • Bachelorette Party!! Need advice

Hi I upon stumbled on JC a few days ago, and have been reading through the different forums. I need help/advice planning a bachelorette party. The trip is in august, but I need to start finalizing details to get an estimated budget for the trip.

We're going to be anywhere between 10-15 girls.

This is what we wanted to do:

Friday Night - Bottle service @ Marquee

Saturday Day - cabana @ Encore Beach Club

Saturday Night - Bottle service, open to suggestions. Is it worth going to Surrender if we were already @ Encore beach club? If not, possibly XS, Pure or The Bank.

I've been getting mixed results on bottle service costs. I hear they range 3-5k, but does that depend on if there are guys in the group? I also hear it depends on location, you can typically get an outside lounge area for $1500 (2-3 bottle minimum).

Can any promoters/hosts help me out with pricing and how it all works?? And please let me know if you can make me a "package" deal.

    Thanks in advance,
    Erin

Erin, I'm doing the same thing right now, but for a bachelor party/girls weekend out combo in August. What are your dates?

First and foremost, think of your budget. You mentioned 10-15 girls, so that's a decent sized group. You'll be able to get farther being a group of girls than if you were 10-15 guys.

Second: think of the kind of music your group likes. A lot of the newer bigger clubs seem to be gravitating toward electronic dance music, but there are also clubs that play hip-hop/top 40/mashup.

For Saturday night, I'd suggest XS out of your choices, but Surrender sounds nice because that's also outside (haven't been yet). You'll have a lot of people saying skip Pure because it's gone down in the opinion polls. But, it does have the terrace level for the view.

Also, Chateau at the Paris may be a consideration if you're looking for an outside deck.

Thanks ashroid! We're looking at August 12-14.

A few of the girls suggested marquee b/c it's "siiiick". I haven't been yet, but I also read it's 3 floors (lots of stairs!!!) and an outdoor area. It's nice to have an outdoor area get away from the smokers and the crowd, but we'd want to be on the main level near the dance floor to party it up. It's EDM, and that's fine for one night. We'd like top 40/hip hop/mashup for the other night out.

I'm hoping that if I work with the same host so they can cut us a deal. Do you know how much tables run for decently placed tables (Surrender, The Bank, XS, Marquee) for just girls?

        That's too bad. I'm going July 28-August 1.

For Surrender, Mikey Tantalo can definitely help you out. I haven't met him, but he's highly regarded on this forum. I've never been to Surrender, but I'm always that's got an outdoor patio.

For the Bank, I've contacted Robert Gamch, but I'm not sure if he's still there (otherwise check out the Host list on this page).

For Marquee, I contact Brandon Grady, but again, there's a list of hosts that can help you out on this page. I think Donnie Eversole is a highly regarded contact on this forum as Marquee is part of the Tao group.

I can't tell you how many bottles you'll have to get. You'll have to talk/text/e-mail the hosts themselves for that. Because you're a group of 10-15 girls, you'll likely get a better bottle deal than 10-15 guys. I said it here once before that I booked a group of 20 girls for Pure and they only had to do 3 bottles. If that were group of 20 guys, I would have expected them to pick up the tab on around 5-7 bottles. At a place like Marquee, it's definitely big (it definitely did not disappoint me).

Hope that helps. I think no matter where you go, your bride-to-be and your girls will have fun.
