Sunday Pool Parties

I'm headed to Vegas for MDW. Me and 2 other guys will be staying at the Palaazo from thur-sat then booking a room at HRH on Sunday for Rehab. Went to Rehab during july 4th w.e. last year and had a blast, but the quality control of the ladies seemed to be low. Is there a better spot for Sunday? Ive been hearing Encore Beach is where it is, any truth to this?
