  • Vegas July 8th weekend

I first want to say this site is great and it has given me alot of useful tips.

I wanted some help/advice on how I should approach planning my bachelor party to ensure everyone is going to have a good time. So far the total of guys is up to 12, I am aware that this puts us at a disadvantage in Vegas. We are going from Friday to Monday, some of us arriving at different times on Friday. All of us will be staying at the Hardrock. Considering the size of my group, which clubs in particular would you all suggest for Friday and Saturday. I want to note that we do plan on buying bottles. Any advice is appreciated.

    Thanks alot!
    Upcoming trip - July 8th - 11th.

As long as your willing to tip the host generously you can do pretty much any club. I had a slightly bigger group than yours for an all guy bachelor party and had no problem with Tao, Tryst, and Surrender and contacted a majority of the others and easily could have gone for them.

Once you get your bottle mins sorted out you can estimate the cost. Number of bottles x 640 (cost of bottle with tax and tip) Don't forget to collect more for host tip + runner & secuirty. I would get this from everyone before you head out makes it a lot easier then chasing and counting when your there.

For Saturday nights, a typical bottle of vodka at the top clubs is $475-$495.

As Freestyler said, you could use $640 as a base for [Bottle + Tax + Server Gratuity). One trick that I use is that a $495 bottle REALLY means $775 per bottle.

      This covers the following:
      -bottle itself ($475-495)
      -$8% sales tax
      -20% gratuity to your server
-$100 per bottle to your host (if the person that seats you is different than your host, give the seater the money and tell him to make sure your host gets taken care of too).
-$20 per bottle to your runner/busboy
-$20 per bottle to your closest security guy
